This case presentation video outlines a CT graft around well integrated implants with poor soft tissues contours. The CT graft was harvested from the palatal side in full thickness and de-epithelized to preserve only the lamina dura of the connective tissue. An Apically positioned partial thickness flap was used to cover the deformity.
